Africa Development Management Associates Launched

IPNEWS-Monrovia: The African Development Management Associates (ADMA), an organization with the mission to assist clients to solve problems, create value, maximize growth, improve operational performance and meet the overall objectives in the diplomatic setting, has been launched in Monrovia.
The launch that took place last weekend at a local resort brought together diplomats, government officials and civil society.

ADMA’s services include studies and research; advisory and capacity development and on-the-site mentorship with two pillars referred to as β€˜Development Programming Corporate and Government Diplomacy.’
The newly established associates will not only provide transformative solution and diplomacy problems, but deliver on high-value transformational development programming and reputation building across world.

ADMA hopes to fulfill its mission through working with clients to identify and analyze development and diplomacy problems, formulate and design strategic policies and programs and, when requested, assist with their implementations.

Dr. Toga G. Mclntosh, Executive Director, presenting ADMA Team to the public, said the institution is composed of Senior Associates that bringing to the table more than 25 years of work experience at national, regional, and international levels.

He said the organization is supported by a team of specialized subject-matter Associates with experiences ranging from 10-24 years doing development and/or diplomatic work.

Dr. Mclntosh said members of ADMA have provided quality technical, professional, managerial, and leadership services to African Governments, Global and Regional Organizations, and Private Sector Establishments.
He told the gathering that ADMA team is flexible in its approach and has demonstrated creativity and innovation; problem-solving and strategic planning abilities; strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to cope with pressure and challenges.

He disclosed that an Advisory Council, headed by former President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, along with other members who have highly achieved and are knowledgeable in the development and diplomatic challenges facing African Governments/countries, is constituted to provide policy and guidance to the work of the ADMA Team.

Dr. Mclntosh said the advisory services will focus on public and corporate policy formulation; Analysis and Evaluation; strategy specification; planning and programing; economic Cooperation and Integration; government and corporate relations and reputation building; public relations; and international trade and investment facilitation.

Former President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, serving as chief launcher, expressed her delight to see young professionals taking the stand to continue to make their contributions to the country despite all of the challenges.
She said one of the greatest challenges of the nation is the inability to maintain the experiences and expertise that have been built over the years because of differences in political and economic philosophies.

She said it is important to recognize the efforts of those professional experts who have made the decision to come together to manage the processes, growth and development of Liberia because there are many more Liberian experts across the world than there are in-country.

The former President told ADMA members to stay focused, committed and diligent to continue to serve the country as she has always known them to be.
