IPNews-Monrovia: Former First Lady of Liberia Nancy B. Doe has described Rep. Zoe Pennue as an ‘Evil man and call on Grand Gedeans not to voted him as senator ofΒ Grand Gedeh county.
As a means of providing political direction to the electorates of Grand Gedeh County, Liberiaβs former first lady Mrs. Nancy Doe, in a strong worded press release issued recently called on her fellow Grand Gedeans to βbe weary of the monster called Zoe Pennue.β
The press statement, that many Grand Gedeans classify as βthe bright light to the futureβ contains repeated appeals to Grand Gedeans not entrust Zoe Emmanuel Pennue in his bid to become Senator of the county.
Madam Nancy B. For however appealed to the international community not to allow Rep. Pennue, his wife, Inez Pennue and his business partners to use her husbandβs documents which he (Pennue) illegally obtained 30 years ago.
She disclosed that her late husband and Rep. Pennueβs mother, Madam Tdisho Lucy Pennue are brothers and sisters (biological parents), and her husband told her four months to his death that he had given his briefcases βto Zoeβs mother to deliver same to me as I had already left Liberia with my children,β she said in a written statement.
βTo this day, Zoe and his mother refused to hand over my husbandβs briefcases, referring to my husband as a liar.
He told me that if I have any other proof, other than the words of a dead man, I should sue himβ Madam Doe explained.
Mrs. Doe said while she did not have time to list all Rep. Pennueβs βevil deedsβ against her, she would name a few: βThen interim President of Liberia, Amos C. Sawyer, contacted me to retrieve my husbandβs cars from the Executive Mansion. As I was in exile, Zoe falsely represented me and took all of our vehicles and other possessions.
Mrs. Doe said further: βIn 2013, Zoe told my daughter Mamie that unless we agree to sign a 10-year lease for the VAMOMA building with his Lebanese friend, our case will never see the light of day because all the judges are his friends. For more than 20 years my cases are still in court; Earlier this year, his aunt Theresa accused him (Zoe) of not sharing my husbandβs businesses with them and only keeping it for himself, his wife Inez and his children.
In response, he rented her a nice place in Ghana and gave her monthly allowance to keep her quiet; Zoe has all of my husband documents. He enjoys all my husband businesses with my husbandβs business partners and Zoe continues to use our properties and businesses for only for him and his family.

Zoe Emmanuel Pennue who hailed from Tuzon Town, the town of the late Liberian president Master Sergeant Samuel Kayon Doe, Pennue won the 2005, 2011, 2017 representative seat in district one, Grand Gedeh County but was defeated in the 2014 special senatorial elections by Senator Marshall Dennis.
Zoe E. Pennue is the CDC candidate in the upcoming December 8, 2020 polls, a race which locals say appear to be a difficult one for Zoe to win.
When contacted, Representative Zoe Pennue refused to pick up calls and text messages sent by our Grand Gedeh Reporter.
